He died Ia Bronchopneuonia, b. Cerebral ischaemia, c. Atherosclerosis, II (see notes) on 11 Mar 1971 in Kingston Hospital, Kingston[-upon-Thames, London].204 II Parkinsons disease, benign enlargement of prostate. Certified by N Rutter MB. Edward Henry Sales informant. During the second World War he was a member of the Home Guard F Company No. 3 Platoon, Hillingdon.
